The Archdiocesan Shrine and Parish of St. Joseph the Worker gathered its new and existing Lay Liturgical Ministers—both youth and adults—for a meaningful formation seminar on September 6, 2026. The formation was led by Rev. Fr. Glendeo Pattaguan, who shared his insights and guidance on the ministry of Lectors, Commentators, and Gift Ministers, emphasizing the importance of faithful service, proper preparation, and active participation in the Church’s liturgical life. More than simply learning the responsibilities of the ministry, the gathering served as an opportunity to deepen one’s faith, renew one’s commitment to serve, and grow together as a community of ministers. May all our ministers continue to serve with faith, humility, reverence, and love, becoming instruments through which the beauty of the liturgy and the presence of Christ are made more visible to our parish community. “For the building up of the Body of Christ.” — Ephesians 4:12
