Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the website.

Purpose of the Website

This website provides public information and digital services of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Tuguegarao, including parish, clergy, and lay-leader directories; Mass schedules; calendars; updates; pastoral communications; media galleries; contact information; public search; and inquiry services.

Information Accuracy

We aim to keep website information accurate and current. However, Mass schedules, event details, clergy assignments, office information, search results, and announcements may be incomplete, delayed, or changed after publication. Users should confirm time-sensitive information directly with the relevant parish, office, or Archdiocesan contact before travelling or making arrangements.

Website content is provided for general information and does not replace official sacramental records, canonical advice, pastoral counselling, professional advice, or direct confirmation from the responsible Church office.

Urgent and Sensitive Matters

Website forms are not emergency services and should not be used for urgent medical, safety, law-enforcement, safeguarding, or crisis matters. Contact the appropriate emergency service, civil authority, parish, or Archdiocesan office directly. Do not submit passwords, financial information, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Proper Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security, operation, or availability of the website.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CMS accounts, administrative functions, data, or infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools to place an unreasonable burden on the website or bypass technical protections.
  • Submit false, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content through any website form.
  • Copy, scrape, or reuse website content in a way that misrepresents the Archdiocese or its offices.

Authorized Accounts

CMS accounts are limited to authorized personnel. Account holders must keep credentials confidential, use only the permissions assigned to them, maintain accurate account information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Actions performed through an account may be logged for security, accountability, and administrative purposes. Access may be suspended or withdrawn when necessary.

Content and Intellectual Property

Website text, photographs, videos, logos, documents, databases, and other materials are owned by or used with permission of the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao, its parishes, offices, or content providers, unless otherwise stated.
