Patronal Fiesta

🌹ST. PHILOMENE: RENEWED IN CHRIST, SENT FORTH IN MISSION🌹

With hearts overflowing with faith, gratitude, and joy, the community of St. Philomene Virgin Parish gathered in great numbers for the celebration of our Patronal Town Fiesta Mass, honoring our beloved patroness, St. Philomene, Virgin and Martyr. 🙏⛪

The parish church was filled with faithful who came together as one community to celebrate the Eucharist and give thanks for the many blessings received throughout our journey of prayer and devotion.

This year’s celebration, centered on the theme “St. Philomene: Renewed in Christ, Sent Forth in Mission,” reminded us of our call to allow Christ to renew and transform our lives and to become courageous missionary disciples who walk together, grow in faith, and bring Christ’s love and hope to others.

A significant part of this joyous celebration was the Commissioning of our different ministries—our Lectors and Commentators, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, Altar Servers, Music Ministers, and other lay liturgical ministries. Through this commissioning, our brothers and sisters formally embraced the call to serve God and His people with faith, dedication, and love. 

As they were sent forth to serve, may they remain nourished by the Eucharist, faithful to their mission, and willing to use their gifts for the glory of God and the strengthening of His Church. 🙏❤️

May the example of St. Philomene inspire all of us to remain steadfast in faith, courageous in service, and joyful in our Mission.
