‎
‎The launching of the Season of Creation 2026 with the theme “Living Water” culminated in a Taizé Prayer, gathering young people and the Sisters from the Missionaries of Charity in a solemn evening of prayer and reflection, with Rev. Fr. Christian Dave Remudaro joining the community in the celebration.
‎
‎Through meditative songs, Scripture, silence, and communal prayer, the participants were invited to reflect on God’s presence in creation and humanity’s responsibility to care for our common home. The prayer provided a peaceful space for everyone to deepen their faith and recognize water as a precious gift that sustains life.
‎
‎As the final activity of the launching, the Taizé Prayer served as a reminder that the Season of Creation goes beyond a single celebration. It calls the faithful to turn prayer into action by protecting water, caring for the environment, and becoming responsible stewards of God’s creation.
‎
‎The gathering concluded in a spirit of peace, unity, and renewed commitment, sending the participants forth to live out the message of “Living Water” through simple yet meaningful actions for the care of our common home.
