18 more hearts for service: New Encoders trained for Parish Profiling and BEC Revival
Eighteen new volunteer encoders underwent orientation today, September 15, bringing the total number of parish encoders to 39. This is part of the effort to complete household profiling before the end of October. This quick response is part of the community's participation in the Missionary Conversion Path and in the revival of the Basic Ecclesial Community (BEC). During the orientation, volunteers were reminded that encoding data is not just an administrative task, but also a form of pastoral care. Every family registered is proof that no one is left behind in the flock.
