Parish office guidance

Baptism every Sunday after second mass, and during Barangay Patronal fiesta.

Every Tuesday to Saturday, one week before the chosen day of Baptism. Please bring with you the following documents to the parish office: 1. Registered Certificate of Live birth of the Child.(Photocopy) 2. Marriage contract of parents from the Church, if married in the church (photocopy) 3.Baptismal certificate of the parents( if not church-wed photocopy only) 4. Parish permit or permission letter for those who are non parishioners in the parish.(Original copy and with the parish seal)

FUNERAL MASS

Every Tuesdays to Saturdays, 3days to 1 week prior to the chosen date of funeral mass. Please let the immidiate family member or direct relative of the deceased bring the following requirement to the parish office: 1. Registered death certificate (photocopy)

WEDDING MASS

Every Tuesdays to Saturdays, 3 months to 6 months prior to the chosen date of the wedding; the Groom and the Bride must appear personally to the parish office to inquire and to secure the lists of requirements needed.
